While my level of training does not yet allow me to promote myself as an oncology massage therapist, it does allow me to give a safe massage to those who have or have had a cancer diagnosis in a safe manner, with the aim of helping to trigger the relaxation response and provide some relief.

Pregnancy massage is now taught in a side lying position skilfully packed with pregnancy pillows for the comfort of Mum and Bub.

Bowen Therapy
This subtle but powerful complementary therapy is very effective, particularly for chronic pain that has not responded to other treatments. It is a myofascial therapy, impacting the body’s connective tissue network, fascia, in a very specific way. It effects structural and visceral imbalances. It is very different from my massage offering: this treatment involves a set of very spacific gentle cross fibre rolling moves accross specific muscles, tendons and ligaments creating a gentle vibration of the fascia. There are two min wait periods between moves, allowing the body to absorb and integrate.
